Parmigiano Reggiano is a granular, gritty cheese originated and exclusively produced in the provinces of Parma, Modena and Reggio Emilia, in the Emilia-Romagna region. It is made from skimmed or partially skimmed cow’s milk aged 12-36 months.

With a hard, dry texture and fruity taste, it can deliciously be eaten on its own accompanied by a few slices of Parma ham, or can be grated over pastas and risottos, adding flavor to your dishes.
